In 2003 Alexey received a higher pharmaceutical education at the I. M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy. In October 2018, he graduated from the Executive MBA program of the SKOLKOVO Business school. For more than 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business Alexey rose from a sales representative to the head of a business unit of a leading Russian company. He gained experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer and Sanofi. All this time, he worked in various positions in sales, strategic and operational marketing. Alexey has excellent understanding of product management and introduction of new drugs to the market. Over the past four years, the key focus has been on investing into the development and introduction of new medicines to the local market. About 9 products are included in the company's pipe line, two of them have been launched to the market.
Over the past 3 years, Alexey has mentored several startups in the field of drug development, one of which was acquired by a European pharmaceutical company. In 2020, he acted as an adviser to the Moscow BioMedTech accelerator. Alexey is one of the founders and managing partner of the Vershina Capital Fund. Alexey is married and has two kids. Regularly plays hockey; likes to go skiing and cross-country skiing and tracking in the mountains.
Graduate of International Law Faculty of MGIMO (2002). Vladimir started his career as an international lawyer at the Jus Privatum law firm. In 2002-2007 he worked his way up from a junior lawyer to a managing partner of the company. In 2008 he bought out the legal business from the other founders and opened offices of Jus Privatum in Saint Petersburg (2009) and Dusseldorf, Germany (2011). Vladimir specializes in corporate law, support of transactions related to capital and debt financing, including those with a foreign element.
In 2011-2014 Vladimir acted as a founder and a CEO of a financial company with offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg and a franchise in two regions.
From May 2018 till October 2019 Vladimir completed the Executive MBA program at the SKOLKOVO Business school. He gives a course of lectures at the Seed angels Venture Investment Course organized by INVESTORO under the auspices of the Skolkovo Business School.
Since 2019 Vladimir is one of the founders and a managing partner of Vershina Capital. The key competencies are the development of relations with investors and co-investors of the fund, structuring of fund transactions (legal & finance), foreign markets.
Vladimir has two kids. His hobbies include mountain hiking and climbing, running, yoga.
